The website includes pages presenting the studio and our work (Projects, Bio, Studio) and an online shop (eshop) for the sale of products. Use of the website is subject to your acceptance of the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Sales are made exclusively for delivery within Greece.

1. Informational Content

The Projects, Bio and Studio pages are for information and presentation purposes only. They do not constitute an offer for sale or a binding proposal for the commissioning or execution of work. For any collaboration or commission, please contact us directly.

2. User Account and Guest Purchases

You can complete an order without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, please provide accurate details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, please notify us immediately.

3. Intellectual Property

The content of the website (texts, photographs, graphics, logos, descriptions and photographs of projects, as well as the designs and creations presented) belongs to the business or is lawfully used by it, and is protected by Greek and international law. Any copying, reproduction, modification or resale of the content, as well as the making of copies of the products, without prior written permission is prohibited. Purchasing a product does not transfer any copyright or design rights in it.

4. Product Images and Descriptions

The product photographs are real and show the products as you will receive them. Due to your screen settings and lighting conditions, slight colour variations may occur. Because the products are artworks, design objects and limited-edition pieces, often made using handmade or semi-handmade processes, small differences between individual items are normal and are part of their character. The dimensions, materials and main features of each product are stated in its description.

5. Accuracy of Content & Limitation of Liability

natasha chatziangeli presents its products and content with the greatest possible accuracy. However, errors may occur, such as typographical, numerical or technical errors.

In the event of an obvious error in the price or availability of a product (e.g. due to a system error), we will contact you as soon as possible. You will be able either to confirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it, with a full refund of any amounts you may have paid.

Products offered in limited editions or in limited quantities may sell out before your order is processed. In this case you will be informed immediately and all amounts you have paid will be refunded in full.

6. Links to Third Parties

The website may contain links to external websites or platforms, such as our social media accounts. These sites operate independently of our website, and we do not control their content or the privacy and cookie policies they apply. We recommend that you read them before using these sites.

7. Pricing Policy

Prices are shown in euros and include the applicable VAT (24%). Shipping costs also include VAT and are shown in your cart before you complete your order. The business reserves the right to adjust prices for future orders. For each order, the price displayed in the system at the time of final submission applies, regardless of subsequent changes, subject to the case of an obvious pricing error, as described in section 5 (“Accuracy of Content & Limitation of Liability”).

A receipt or an invoice is issued for every order, in accordance with tax legislation. If you want an invoice, select “Invoice” on the checkout page and fill in your business details (company name, VAT number, tax office, business activity, address). This choice must be made when placing the order.

8. Orders and Formation of the Contract

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase on your part. The contract is considered concluded when we send you an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not replace the notification of dispatch. For payments by bank transfer, the order is held for five (5) working days. The order is dispatched after the payment has been received, and if the payment is not received within the deadline, the order is cancelled. For more information, see the “Payment Methods” page.

Orders are normally placed through the website. By exception, we may also accept an order by email at natatzia@gmail.com or by telephone on +30 23170 06036 and +30 694 296 2535 (Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, Greek time). In these cases too, these Terms of Use apply, together with the policies referred to in section 9, and before the order is finalised we will inform you of the final price, the shipping costs, the payment method and the right of withdrawal. Please do not send card details by email or by telephone: payment is made only by the methods described on the “Payment Methods” page.

9. Transaction Policies

Placing an order through the eshop of natashachatziangeli.eu constitutes the conclusion of a distance sales contract. The terms of this section, as well as the sections on prices, orders and returns, apply only to purchases of products. Acceptance of these Terms of Use entails acceptance of the shop’s more specific policies, which form an integral part of them:

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the legislation on distance sales. The exact terms, the procedure and the return costs are described on the “Returns & Cancellations Policy” page.

Your rights are not affected if the product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible and, at the latest, within 3 working days of receipt, with photos, so that we can replace it or refund you.

10. Personal Data (GDPR)

11. Complaints & Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

For any complaint, you can contact us at natatzia@gmail.com or on +30 23170 06036 and +30 694 296 2535. If the dispute is not resolved, you may refer it to an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body.

12. Amendment of Terms

The business may amend these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after their publication and are shown with a new update date.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use, as well as any contract concluded through natashachatziangeli.eu, are governed by Greek law. For any dispute arising from the use of the website or the sale of products, the Greek courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable legislation.
