Payment Methods

For your convenience, natashachatziangeli.eu offers the following ways to pay for your order. All prices are in euros and include 24% VAT.

Payment by Card and Digital Wallets (Viva.com)

Online payments are processed through the Viva.com payment platform (Smart Checkout). On the payment page you can choose between:

credit and debit cards
IRIS, paying directly from your bank account
Google Pay
Samsung Pay

The available methods may vary depending on your device and your bank, and other payment methods may also appear at checkout. Payment takes place in the secure environment of Viva.com. Your card details do not pass through or get stored on our website. Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment has been completed successfully.

You can pay for your order by bank deposit or e-banking transfer to the following accounts:

Please enter your order number in the payment reference. Any fees charged by your bank for the transfer are borne by you, and the amount received must equal the total of the order. To speed up the verification, you may send the proof of payment to natatzia@gmail.com, quoting your order number.

Your order is held for five (5) working days from the time it is placed. It is dispatched after the payment has been received in our account. If the payment is not received within this period, the order is cancelled. If you need more time, please contact us before the deadline expires.

Receipts and Invoices

A receipt or an invoice is issued for every order, in accordance with tax legislation. If you want an invoice, select “Invoice” at checkout and fill in your business details, as described in the Terms of Use.

Refunds

In the event of a return or cancellation, refunds are made using the same payment method you paid with. If you paid by bank transfer, we will ask you for an IBAN to which the refund can be made. For more information, see the “Returns & Cancellations Policy”.
