1. Terms of Use

1.1. These Terms constitute a legal document («Agreement») which defines the rights and your obligations as a purchaser («you») and the obligations and rights of Natasha Chatziangeli with the distinctive title «Natasha Chatziangeli Design», refered below us “we» or «us» in connection with the products offered through this website or any other web site owned by us. If you subscribe to our eshop services, you agree to the terms of this Agreement and confirm the conditions each time you use our services.

1.2. “You” agree:

1.3. “Natasha Chatziangeli Design” cares about the safety and protection of data of all users, particularly children. For this, parents who allow their children to visit our website www.natashachatziangeli.eu, should be present at the creation of accounts and supervise children’s access to it. Allowing your children to access this website, you allow them to have access to every single component of this website. Note that the site is open to adults. Therefore, as the legal guardian, it is your responsibility to determine whether the site is suitable for your child.

2. Place of business and applicable law.

The “Natasha Chatziangeli Design” is a company registered in Greece and particularly in the city of Thessaloniki and operates to all member or non- member states of the European Union. “Natasha Chatziangeli Design” states that any product listed on the site are appropriate or available for use in other areas beyond the Greek territory. Those who choose to visit the site www.natashachatziangeli.eu must comply with Greek law. This Agreement shall be governed by the Hellenic legislation, namely the Courts of First Instance and Court of Appeal of Thessaloniki.

“Us” and “you” are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Greek courts to resolve disputes that may arise under this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held illegal, void or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed separable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

3. Orders

3.1. “Natasha Chatziangeli Design” is not obliged to send you products or services that you submited in your order until you receive an e-mail from “us”, which accepts your order («Order Confirmation»). However, if the products listed on the site www.natashachatziangeli.eu are wrong priced due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from suppliers, but “we” accepted your order before this mistake was found, our company will send you an email which will ask “you” if you want to pay the correct price of the products you have ordered. If you do not want to pay the right price, our company reserves the right to cancel the order immediately and consider the contract void, with no liability of its own.


4. Right of replacement.

Our products are tested by “us” upon receipt from our supplier and are well packaged. 

4.1. If the products you received are defective or damaged, there is the right to return the product and replacing it with a new one. 
In this case:
You have the right to request a replacement product within five days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from the date of delivery.
The replacement notice must be sent in a written way (register post, e-mail or fax) and must state your name, a description of the goods you have ordered, the number of the contract to be replaced and a description of the damage or defect. Desirable photographic recording of the defect. Attaching the Order Confirmation that our company has sent you, is helping us to handle your request to replace the damaged goods as soon as possible. 4.2. In case “Natasha Chatziangeli Design” supplied defective or damaged products to “you”, “you” must ensure that these products are properly held until you return them to “us”. Our company accepts only products which are returned in their original packaging and not have signs of damage or wear from “you”. Any use of the delivered damaged or defective products beyong the necessary use for the inspection upon delivery, cancels your right to replace these products.
4.3. You must return the products to “us” by registered post or equivalent within five days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from the date “you” will receive the cancellation notice. We undertake the payment of the delivery cost for returning the defective or damaged goods back to  “us” but appropriate packaging of the defective or damaged goods, the choice of reliable delivery method and the risk during transportation of the returing goods lies on the buyer. However, if the returning goods are damaged in transit, our company reserves the right to refuse the return and “you” should claim compensation from the carrier.
After “Natasha Chatziangeli Design” receives the returned products and ensure that you comply with the above, “we” will send you an email confirmation that “we” accepted the return of the goods and “we” will send you the replacement products.

5. Return Policy - Consumer Rights

You have the right to return products purchased, without being obliged to tell us why you wish to return goods within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of goods. In this case it only charges the direct cost of returning goods. Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as received, but that they be unsealed or has violated the packaging along with the sales receipt or invoice.

Returns are accepted provided that:

- Contacted the same day or next working day in our online store.

- The products are in the same condition as received, but that they be unsealed or has violated the packaging.

- The product is accompanied by proof of retail or invoice.

For your desire to return the products purchased from our online store will need to notify us in writing natatzia@gmail.com on "Request for Product Return" indicating date / purchase invoice number as the reasons for the refund within that period. It is done the maximum possible effort from “us” to attribute all the products shown in our website in the best way.

7.3. “Natasha Chatziangeli Design” is not held liable to customer for any defect that did not exist at the time of delivery of the product or any defect of which the finding is rendered possible in that time and for any harm caused by the use the product due to an act or omission by the purchaser or a third party. “Natasha Chatziangeli Design” is not held liable for failure to execute the order on time in cases of events due to force majeure (see Article 8).
It is agreed that these restrictions are fully understood by the purchaser who accepts them with no dubte.

8. Compensation

Unless provisions of Article 6 apply, “you” will compensate “Natasha Chatziangeli Design” and any third party (including subcontractors) from and against any liability, loss, rights, expenses, lost profits, business interruption, consequential loss, economic loss, claims or legal proceedings, claims for defamation and copyright infringement, costs, legal costs arising from the use of the site www.natashachatziangeli.eu by “you” or from purchasing goods from this website, and brought or threatened against “us” or suffered from “you” or any natural or legal person.

9. Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the product ordered. Delivery is done by a courier company or partner agency carriege services. The choice of the carrier lies on “us” and depends on the volume of packaging order. Furthermore it is given the possibility for “you” to collect your order from the offices of our company with your own vehicle and your responsibility.

9.1. Delivery time is two to five business days from the order confirmation  starting date begings from the day the product is delivered to “us” by the supplier.

Delivery time of custom orders from the supplying companies to “us” is determined by them and the “you” will be informed of these times in the confirmation response. The reported delivery times are only estimates and “Natasha Chatziangeli Design” is not held responsible for any delay, unless caused by deliberate action or negligence of “us”. Also “we” are not held responsible for the delivery times of our suppliers, and any problems that might arise from any change of the delivery time that may occure.

Any lapse of the above delivery times do not lead to the automatic cancellation of the contract.

We are not responsible if delays in delivery times are due to external factors (strikes, natural disasters, fire, lightning, flood or extreme weather, explosion, war, riots, labor disputes (whether involving employees or not), acts or omissions of the corporation internet services or activities of local authorities or central government or other competent authorities, etc.)

10. PAYMENT

1. Payment via PayPal

Upon completion and confirmation of the order you will need to press the payment button via PayPal to be redirected to a secure online transaction system of PayPal where you can pay with your credit card through your PayPal account. The payment process via PayPal is fully automated and usually completed within minutes. During this process any personal information (including credit card number) is not stored in our website.

2. Payment on delivery

The customer can pay the purchase price and other agreed fees and charges via cash on delivery that the payment of the amount due to the authorized receivable, distributor -courier company- upon delivery of the goods sold in the declared in the order, place of delivery . The delivery becomes only cash is accepted for amounts up to €300 while excluded for larger amounts. For all sales with payment of the price on delivery, confirmation and acceptance of the order is as in all cases in writing (e-mail) but in this case, in addition becomes telephone confirmation directly with the customer. Also, if the market is being sought invoice (sales trader at) the delivery can not exceed the amount of 300 euro.

With the confirmation of the deposit - either by sending the deposit receipt or by calling us -the shipping will start.

All designs, text, graphics and the selection and layout on this site are property of our designer Natasha Chatziangeli or the content suppliers. As a visitor to the website www.natashachatziangeli.eu, “you” are permitted to copy electronically or print part of the site only for private use, subject to quoting the origin. It is strictly prohibited the commercial use of the content and services of this web site. It is explicitly prohibited any use of content on the site www.natashachatziangeli.eu , without the prior written consent from “us”.

13. Software

13.1. Copyright in any software or other copyrighted materials («Software») and accompanying printed documentation provided by “us” to “you” are the property of “us” or our licensors.

13.2. Without our written consent and without prejudice to any copyrighted program (software) (after any amendment, supplement or replacement) are not allowed to:

13.2.1. reverse analysis, decompile or any other interference in Software

13.2.2. copy or modify the software or

13.2.3. create a new software based in whole or in part of this Software.

13.3. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, “you” may use this software and documentation to a non-exclusive basis, but only for purposes specified on this website regarding this software.

13.4. It is prohibited to transfer, assign or grant “your” right to use this software or attempt to do so.

14. Matters beyond our control

“Natasha Chatziangeli Design” is not responsible for any breach of this Agreement due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, fire, lightning, flood or extreme weather, explosion, war, riots, labor disputes (whether involving employees or not) acts or omissions of providers of internet services or activities of local authorities or central government or other competent authorities.

15. Language

In case of conflict or inconsistency between the terms of the Greek version of this Agreement and any translation of that comes from us, will supersede the Greek version.

16. Divisibility

If any provision of this Agreement is held void or unenforceable by a court order or decision, the remaining terms will remain valid and enforceable.

17. Personal Data

The management and protection of visitor’s/user’s personal data from our website is subject to the conditions and the relevant provisions of the Greek Law n.2472/1997 and n.3471/2006 for the protection of the individual and for the protection of personal data as supplemented by the decisions of the President of the Data Protection Commission, the Presidential Decree 207/1998 and 79/2000 and article 8 of n.2819/2000 and European Law (Directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC). Each visitor can wander in our online store without having to give any personal information. You need to give personal information (name, address, telephone, email, etc.) if you order products. If registration is incomplete or incorrect information are given, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice. This Agreement, together with the privacy, fraud and piracy policies, is the complete agreement between the parties regarding its subject matter and it will prevail over any other previous agreements, statements and arrangements , excluding any illegal or fraudulent statements made by any party. In the same way, all representations and warranties on the subject of this Convention are excluded, whether they are legal or not, if permitted by law. In case of dispute or disagreement between the above documents, the following priority order will apply: (1) This Convention (2) Privacy Policy, and (3) Fraud and Piracy Policies.

18.2. Statement of Privacy

Registration Data and certain other information about “you” are subject to our Privacy Statement. Part of these data can be given to the competent judicial, administrative and other legal authorities upon request in accordance with the pertinent laws. “Natasha Chatziangeli Design” operates in accordance with current legislation and maintains security of your personal data for as long as you remain enrolled in any of our services. Part or all of the information may be processed for statistical, economic and improvement of services. By this agreement “you” give your explicit consent for the collection and processing of your personal information which constitutes personal data and Greek statute N. 2472/1997 as amended by N.3471/2006 is applicable.
